The role includes pushing straight-through processing and digital acknowledgement receipts at branches, following compliance policies to score well on audits, and managing customer complaints with a customer-first approach. Requirements: a postgraduate (MBA preferred) with a banking background and 1–4 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills and attention to process compliance.
