ExxonMobil is hiring a Supply Chain Demand Planning Analyst in Bengaluru. You will drive consistent demand planning processes for upstream and related business units, analyse demand plans, inventory, supply and consumption plans and lead times, spot deviations and fix them. You will act as the link between technology, upstream, procurement and supply chain teams, run demand planning meetings, coordinate forecast updates and own the end-to-end forecast process, including generating statistical forecasts, updating historical shipment data and maintaining quadrant analysis. Requirements: a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field such as Applied Mathematics or Statistics, and 2–10 years of demand planning or supply chain experience.
