Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineer (IC2) in Bengaluru. You will deliver well-scoped features and fixes end to end with growing independence, write secure, testable code with strong unit, integration and end-to-end tests, and take part in code and design reviews. You will build and use AI tools to improve productivity and quality, join the on-call rotation to triage and mitigate incidents and find root causes, and use safe deployment practices such as feature flags and staged rollouts. Security, privacy and compliance, including admin governance and tenant controls, are part of every feature. Requirements: a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field with at least 2 years of professional software engineering experience, and the ability to pass required security screenings.
