NielsenIQ is hiring an MFT Support Specialist in Pune to keep enterprise managed file transfer platforms highly available. You will provide L2/L3 support, monitor MFT environments, resolve incidents and service requests, analyse application, system and transfer logs to fix failures, and onboard new partners, users, certificates and workflows. You will support secure protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2 and PGP encryption, run root cause analysis, coordinate with infrastructure, network, security and cloud teams, handle maintenance, certificate renewals, upgrades and patching, and keep documentation current. Requirements: a degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering and 2–5 years of experience in MFT platforms, Linux/Windows administration and production support.
