UPS is hiring an Application Developer for its Site Reliability Engineering organisation in Chennai, supporting production operations while you build skills in software engineering, cloud, automation and SRE. You will monitor production applications, follow standard operating procedures, help with deployments and production validation, write small automation utilities, support incident investigations, take part in on-call support under guidance and contribute to reliability improvements while learning cloud operations and observability. Requirements: 2–4 years of software development experience, good Java skills, understanding of REST APIs, basic SQL and database concepts, strong problem-solving and a willingness to learn production engineering; Azure or GCP exposure is preferred.
