Zensar Technologies is hiring an SAP SD consultant in Hyderabad for application maintenance and support of an automotive client. You will provide L2/L3 support for SAP Sales & Distribution, resolve incidents, service requests and defects within SLAs, and carry out root cause analysis with preventive fixes. You will support automotive processes such as JIT/JIS scheduling agreements, high-volume order processing and customer-specific contracts and pricing, monitor and fix EDI/IDoc issues (ORDERS, DELFOR, DESADV, INVOIC) with middleware teams, and deliver minor enhancements and change requests. Requirements: 2–4 years of SAP SD AMS experience with EDI/IDoc troubleshooting; SAP PI/PO or CPI exposure is preferred.
