Payoneer is hiring a Payroll Analyst for European countries in Gurugram, supporting its Workforce Management (employer of record) business. You will validate payroll inputs, reconcile outputs and resolve discrepancies for assigned countries, coordinating with payroll partners and internal teams to close pending inputs and approvals on time. You will support payroll transitions between entities, providers or platforms, investigate recurring errors and strengthen validation checks, maintain country-specific procedures, and support statutory reporting, reconciliations and audits. You will also help automate manual tasks and test AI-driven payroll workflows. Requirements: 2–5 years of payroll processing, input validation and reconciliation experience; multi-country payroll exposure is an advantage.
