Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (VOIS) is hiring a Vendor Reconciliation and Open Items Specialist in Pune. You will reconcile vendor statements with SAP ledgers, investigate missing invoices, incorrect postings, duplicates and price or quantity mismatches, and prepare reconciliation summaries and ageing reports. You will review open vendor line items, run ageing analysis across 30, 60, 90 and 180-plus days, prioritise clearing old balances, follow up with vendors and internal teams, keep action trackers and escalate long-pending items, while giving clear updates to stakeholders. Requirements: 2–6 years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations or shared services, with SAP knowledge and strong analytical skills.
