KPMG is hiring an Associate Consultant for IT due diligence in its Tech M&A team in Gurugram. You will support managers on small and medium deals, analysing target company data to understand its technology – costs, products, systems and IT contracts – and explaining how technology affects strategy, operations and deal value. You will use IT benchmarks to describe typical IT functions, help with client calls and meetings, write sections of IT reports, and support technology aspects of integration and separation work. Requirements: an MBA or Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a technology major, and 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT advisory or technology analysis.
