You will be an escalation point for complex data and technical issues, monitor and tune BI platform performance, investigate data pipeline problems and work with data engineering, analytics and development teams on fixes. You will write technical documentation and knowledge articles, advise on report development best practices, take part in on-call rotations, run root cause analysis on data incidents and put preventive measures in place. Requirements: a degree in Engineering, Data Engineering, BI, Analytics or Information Systems and 1+ years of relevant experience in data or business intelligence support.
