Amazon is hiring BBM Escalation Specialists for its Maintenance Operations Center in Hyderabad (several openings). You will handle first-line monitoring, vendor dispatch and escalation across Amazon business units: triaging incoming work requests within SLAs, managing remote jobs end to end including work orders, purchase orders and invoice processing, and prioritising work queues by urgency. You will monitor and respond to refrigeration alarm systems, coordinate local vendors and maintenance teams to fix facility issues, update stakeholders in reliability engineering, operations and health & safety, and escalate critical issues to protect equipment reliability. Requirements: 1+ years of relevant experience in facilities, maintenance coordination or operations support, with strong communication skills.
