Castrol is hiring an Execution Analyst for its Invoice Processing team at the Yerwada Commerzone campus in Pune. You will make sure third-party supplier invoices are recorded and paid accurately and on time, indexing, processing and verifying invoices within tight deadlines while following policies and controls. You will handle a complex portfolio of countries, work with vendors, business teams, procurement, tax and finance to resolve queries and meet SLAs, review processed invoices for completeness and accuracy, and contribute to process improvements. Requirements: 1–5 years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing, attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
