Cigna Healthcare is hiring a Claims Representative in Bengaluru, an entry point into professional roles with clear day-to-day guidance. You will adjudicate international pharmacy claims according to policy terms, meet productivity and quality goals, flag high-cost claims and keep settlement times within targets. You will answer enquiries on plan design, eligibility and claim status with first-contact resolution where possible, work with internal and external customers to solve issues, suggest process improvements and support teammates. Requirements: a graduate in any discipline (medical, paramedical, pharmacy or nursing backgrounds preferred) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
