Hilton is hiring a Commis for the kitchen at Conrad Bengaluru. Working under senior chefs, you will prepare menu items to set recipes and quality standards, manage guest orders efficiently, handle complex recipes and look after your station, including execution, quality control and inventory checks. You will inspect dishes before they are served to make sure they meet presentation standards, follow hygiene and safety rules and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. Requirements: at least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, a passion for food and hospitality, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced hotel environment.
