Lupin is hiring an Officer for mammalian downstream production at its Pune biotech facility. You will run downstream processing unit operations such as chromatography, tangential flow filtration, viral filtration and virus inactivation while maintaining cGMP and safety norms, and troubleshoot issues. The role includes preparing process buffers, executing cleaning validation and performance qualification, preparing cGMP documents such as batch records, SOPs and study protocols, monitoring process parameters during batches, and keeping equipment and the manufacturing area clean.
