Tata Capital is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive for digital sales of housing finance at its Navrangpura, Ahmedabad branch. You will meet business targets by acquiring new customers through digital journeys, understand customer needs and cross-sell suitable products, and update leads and closures in line with policies and best practices. You will run campaigns planned by the digital sales manager, complete customer processes within set timelines and work with the contact centre, internal business teams and aggregators so customers seeking mortgage products get timely service. Requirements: a graduate (post-graduation optional) with 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in loans or financial products. This is a target-driven role.
