Gallagher is hiring Application Developer Associates for its Kochi office, aimed at fresh graduates. You will help develop, test and maintain software applications, support the team with coding, debugging and troubleshooting, join code reviews and team discussions, and learn modern languages, frameworks and tools. You will work with developers, testers and business teams, prepare technical documentation and reports, follow coding standards and deliver tasks on time. Requirements: a Bachelor’s or Master’s in an IT-related discipline (B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA, B.Sc CS or M.Sc CS) graduating in 2025 or 2026, basic knowledge of Java, C#, Python, JavaScript or C++, and an understanding of software development concepts.
