You will run pre-publish and post-publish quality checks on digital video assets, work with content partners to flag defects and get corrected assets before launch dates, monitor and clear publishing blockers in the downstream pipeline, and resolve post-publish issues from customer tickets within SLA. You will update trackers, dashboards and workflow tools, raise risks early and meet productivity and quality goals. About 10% of the work is reviewing regional language content (Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Telugu) for accurate metadata, titles and descriptions. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience, good communication and familiarity with tools such as Excel, HTML, image editing software or SQL.
