ABB is hiring an Order Management Specialist for its Motion business in Bengaluru (hybrid), supporting stakeholders in Singapore on a 6 AM to 3 PM shift. You will record customer purchase orders accurately in the order management system, clean manual and electronic orders, and resolve cross-functional issues on time within SLAs. You will also give customer support for motors and drives, handling enquiries, quotations, model sizing, pricing and pipeline tracking with tools such as MotSize, DriveSize and CQP, and keep customers informed. The role reports to the Procurement & Customer Service Manager. Requirements: 0–3 years of experience in order management or customer service, ideally with technical products.
