You will handle compensation analytics, salary administration, pay equity reviews and annual reward cycles such as merit and bonus, including data validation, audits and issue resolution. You will build dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, hiring and talent trends, manage compensation and HR budgets, forecasts and cost models, and keep HR data accurate, compliant and audit-ready. The role works with HR, finance and business leaders to give data-driven recommendations while keeping information strictly confidential. Requirements: an MBA with 2–4 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics or rewards.
