EXL is hiring an early-career Data Engineer in Noida (hybrid) to work on Databricks and Snowflake data platforms. Working with experienced data engineers, architects and analytics teams, you will help build, optimise and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows across the full lifecycle: ingestion, transformation, orchestration, data modelling and performance tuning. You will develop ETL/ELT processes with Databricks, Spark, Python and SQL and get hands-on exposure to cloud data ecosystems on real business problems. This is a learning-focused role suited to fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who have a solid base in Python, SQL and data concepts.
