NTT DATA is hiring a Remote Engineer in Bengaluru (hybrid) to be the first point of contact for users needing technical help. You will troubleshoot incidents and requests in networking (connectivity, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, wireless and network device configuration), collaboration tools (email, video conferencing, instant messaging and document sharing) and end-user computing (operating systems, hardware, software, printers and mobile devices), using remote access tools to diagnose and fix issues and restore service. Requirements: a Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science or a related field is preferred, with basic service desk or helpdesk experience across these IT areas; CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 or Cisco collaboration certifications are a plus.
