Bunge is hiring a Production Technician for its Rajpura (Punjab) plant. You will operate the churn-cum-blending section of the vegetable oil refineries and run short mix, bleacher, autoclave, deodoriser, fractionation and acid oil plants as per procedures, carry out pre-operation checks for safe start-up, and monitor plant parameters to maintain quality and cut unplanned stoppages, keeping logbooks up to date. The role also covers troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, food safety, chemical safety and GMP, 5S and cleanliness of the section, and guiding contract workers on the shop floor. It suits candidates with a technical (ITI/Diploma) background interested in food processing plant operations.
