Emerson is hiring Temporary Operators for its manufacturing facility in Chennai. You will carry out daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop as scheduled, assemble products and operate basic equipment, and set up and run winding, spot welding and moulding machines as well as automatic testing equipment. You may rotate between tasks, must follow quality standards and safety, health and environmental rules, and will take part in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen. This is a temporary role in a manufacturing environment. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience, the ability to work with minimal supervision and a productive, goal-focused attitude.
