Tata Capital is hiring a Customer Service Executive for two-wheeler loans (Vriddhi) in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. You will drive retail loan disbursement targets while keeping delinquency low: identifying target areas, pre-screening customers as per norms, tracking logins, sanctions and disbursements, and cross-selling products based on customer needs. You will run sales promotion activities, build relationships with customers and dealers, empanel vendors, strengthen distribution channels, help train staff and vendors on products and follow all audit and RBI rules. Requirements: 0–3 years of experience in retail loan sales, ideally two-wheeler or vehicle finance. This is a target-driven field role.
