Ramboll is hiring a Graduate Design Engineer for its Towers and Telecom department in Hyderabad. The role involves structural design and assessment of telecom structures such as steel lattice towers, steel and concrete monopoles, rooftop poles and antenna mounts, using structural modelling software and Indian and international standards. You will review and certify structural upgrades, prepare site design calculation reports, flag risks in site survey inputs, prepare risk assessments and safe-design registers, and produce CAD drafts and project documentation on schedule. Candidates must hold a Civil or Structural Engineering qualification with 0–1 year of experience in telecom or structural work, or strong structural engineering fundamentals. Knowledge of RISA/TNX Tower, MStower or iTowersMW, GIS, and Indian and American standards is preferred, along with good written and spoken communication for working with clients and colleagues.
