Amazon Relay's Product Excellence team in Bengaluru is hiring a Programmer Analyst II to turn manual operational processes into AI agents and automated workflows. You will build automation using Python, SQL and AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions and Bedrock, create rule-based detection and anomaly checks, set up monitoring, daily scorecards and alerts linked to RPA tools, and maintain KPI dashboards that track bot performance. You will also break down unclear operational problems into automation opportunities, run root-cause analysis, design escalation and exception handling, and explain technical ideas to business stakeholders. Requirements: 2+ years of front-end web development experience; SQL experience is preferred.
