Citi's technology team in Pune is hiring a Java developer in its Applications Development job family. You will identify and define system enhancements, analyse and interpret code, consult with users and other technology groups to recommend programming solutions, and install and support customer-facing systems. The job includes writing design specifications, checking applications for vulnerabilities and security issues, testing and debugging, and guiding newer analysts. You are expected to work with limited supervision and assess risk in line with the bank's policies. Requirements: 2-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry at an intermediate applications development level, clear written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, the ability to handle deadlines and changing requirements, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
