JLL's Capital Markets Group in Gurugram is hiring an Investment Modeling Analyst for its Debt Sizing team. You will evaluate multifamily and commercial properties to work out suitable loan amounts, build financial models that support lending decisions, and work with analysts and stakeholders in JLL's global offices. You will also use industry research and external data to identify prospects and help improve team processes. Requirements: 2-4 years of commercial real estate experience including preliminary loan sizing or underwriting for multifamily properties, and a master's degree in finance, real estate or a related subject (or an equivalent mix of education and experience). Client communication and project management experience are a plus. On-site role.
