Morningstar is hiring an Atlassian Administrator in Mumbai to manage and support JIRA and Confluence. You will build and maintain JQL for custom JIRA processes, apply best practices to improve platform scalability and performance, work with user groups to resolve problems and roll out new products, and help support Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and other employee tools. You will join an on-call rotation and are expected to work with little supervision in a fast-paced setting. Requirements: a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent, hands-on experience administering JIRA and Confluence, JQL skills, good Linux and Windows knowledge, familiarity with monitoring agents, and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Hybrid work, usually four days a week in the office.
