Acumatica, a cloud ERP company, is hiring an Associate IT Analyst to support employees in its Hyderabad office and remote users in the region. You will configure, deploy and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals, prepare IT for new hires (devices, accounts, access, onboarding) and recover assets when people leave, and give first- and second-line support for hardware, Windows and macOS, productivity tools, connectivity and business applications. You will log and track tickets through to resolution or escalation, support printers, meeting-room AV, Wi-Fi and remote access, and work with global IT teams. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience), 2+ years in IT, desktop or service desk support, and understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN and remote access.
