DHL is hiring an Automation Designer/Developer in Chennai to build applications and automations, mainly on the Microsoft Power Platform, for HR and HR Shared Service Centre processes. You will analyse HR processes and turn them into functional and technical workflow designs, work with HR process owners, shared-service, IT and integration teams, support testing, deployment and stabilisation, and monitor and fix automations. You will also make sure solutions follow data protection, security, audit and HR governance standards and help set automation templates and best practices for HR digitalisation. Requirement: 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform automation and app development.
