As an apprentice you will build and monitor operational dashboards and KPI reports, analyse trends and share insights, and help prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews. You will also create newsletters, awareness campaigns, infographics and success stories, write content for Viva Engage, SharePoint and Microsoft 365, maintain knowledge articles, user guides and documentation, help with training material, coordinate community events, and track action items, risks, milestones and sprint metrics. It is an entry-level programme suited to fresh graduates interested in IT, reporting and communications.
