P&G is hiring an HSE (health, safety and environment) Data Systems Owner at its Hyderabad office. You will be the business focal point for HSE Works application modules such as incidents, near misses, risk assessments, compliance and working-hours reporting, turning user needs into system requirements and deciding when standard features should be used instead of customisation. You will handle feedback, issues, enhancements, testing, training, deployment and adoption with the product manager, vendors and HSE experts, and keep documentation and access arrangements current. You will also own HSE Power BI reports and dashboards, managing data relationships, calculation logic, refreshes and monthly frozen reports, and build dashboards that help leaders track risk, compliance and action plans. You will also document each report's purpose, users, data sources and refresh schedule.
