Airbus India's Advanced Numerical Simulation team, part of the Structural Analysis group in Bengaluru, develops advanced structural simulations used in the design, certification and in-service support of aircraft. You will assess static and dynamic strength using linear and non-linear finite element analysis, spot structural design issues during development and recommend changes, help de-risk certification tests, and carry out root-cause analysis on in-service problems. You will also use simulation to optimise manufacturing and assembly processes, develop new methods that make simulations more credible, and automate parts of the simulation lifecycle to cut manual effort and turnaround time.
