Hitachi's Transformers business is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer for traction transformer design at its factory in Savli near Vadodara, Gujarat. As part of the design and engineering team, you will be responsible for the mechanical development of traction transformer orders and tender designs in line with market and sales strategy, working with colleagues from varied backgrounds in an onsite role. Requirements: 3-8 years of mechanical design experience in transformers, heavy engineering, pumps, bearings, gears or automobile manufacturing. The team works closely with sales and market teams to deliver compliant, competitive transformer designs.
