Mahindra & Mahindra's Farm Division at Mahindra Research Valley, Chennai is hiring a Concept Engineering & Analysis engineer focused on road load data acquisition. You will measure strain, acceleration, temperature, GPS, brake pressure and other signals with DAQ systems such as Simcenter SCADAS, HBM eDAQ, Vector CAN loggers and Binsfield telemetry, work with wheel force transducers, generate duty cycles, and define test events to capture data on test tracks and at field failure sites. You will estimate fatigue life using S-N and E-N methods, run vibration analysis (FFT, PSD, waterfall) in nCode GlyphWorks and IMC Famos, and take part in cross-functional meetings on failure concerns. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience, preferably in farm machinery, automotive or commercial vehicles.
