Targets cover monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, product mix, margins and collections, with new business development through prospecting, lead conversion and pipeline management, executing account plans, and keeping records of trials, approvals, contracts and regulatory requirements. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in engineering, science or business (mechanical, chemical or production preferred) and 3-7 years of B2B field sales in adhesives, tapes, industrial consumables or similar. The role is field-intensive with about 50-70% travel within the territory.
