Kyndryl is hiring a Service Coordinator in Greater Noida to support banking applications for a client. You will monitor critical applications such as Finacle core banking, payments, trade and loan origination systems, run start-of-day and end-of-day checks, and track alerts, interfaces and batch failures. As the L1 first point of contact you will log, categorise, prioritise and resolve incidents and service requests, coordinate resolution with other teams, and keep customers updated throughout. Requirements: a graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of banking domain experience. The role is in person at the office.
