You will work with managers, process consultants and subject-matter experts to understand business outcomes and turn them into learning objectives, choose suitable training methods, plan projects, and design, develop, facilitate and deliver training programmes. You will also evaluate how effective the training is, recommend improvements, and keep an inventory of programmes, tools and schedules. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in market operations or securities services and an interest in training and instructional design.
