Morningstar's Global Controls team in Mumbai is hiring a Compliance Associate for its conflicts of interest (COI) programme, which covers businesses such as Wealth, Research and Retirement, Credit, Sustainalytics and Indexes. You will develop, implement and review operating procedures for the global COI compliance programme, monitor compliance with the firm's policies on personal securities trading and gifts and entertainment, and escalate issues to management when needed. Requirements: at least 2 years of compliance experience managing conflicts of interest functions and conducting regulatory analysis. Hybrid work, typically four days a week in the office.
