bp's People, Culture & Communications function in Pune is hiring a Local Delivery Specialist to support HR services for the UK. You will make sure legal, fiscal and regulatory HR actions meet requirements and help streamline processes, provide accurate information for local delivery, answer employee queries, update employee records in HR systems and take part in data quality audits. You will work with the UK Service Center and colleagues in bp's business and technology centres to complete hire-to-retire processes, and support projects as needed. Requirements: a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2-3 years of HR service delivery experience, and good numeracy and analytical skills. Hybrid office/remote working with no travel expected.
