Salesforce is hiring an Associate Success Guide in Hyderabad to help customers get more value from Salesforce products. You will run one-to-one coaching sessions, answer Success Requests with clear guidance, share best practices, product education and technical insights across several clouds, drive proactive engagements to speed up feature adoption, and support migration and end-of-life communications, all in line with global SOPs. You will keep learning through enablement programmes and Trailhead. Requirements: a degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent experience, and 6-30 months of relevant work or hands-on Salesforce experience. You must be comfortable working US hours (shifts starting around 5:30 PM or 8:30 PM IST). Flexible office working.
