IQVIA is hiring a Clinical Research Associate (CRA 1/2) based in Thane. You will monitor clinical trial sites and manage them so that studies and data reporting follow the protocol, regulations and sponsor requirements. This includes site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits under Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines, working with sites to plan and track patient recruitment, training sites on the protocol and keeping regular contact with them to manage issues. Requirements: a bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific or healthcare discipline (or equivalent education and experience), and at least 1 year of on-site monitoring experience. Site visits involve travel.
