Morningstar's Global Controls - Conflicts of Interest (COI) team in Mumbai is hiring a Compliance Analyst. The team runs the conflicts of interest programme for Morningstar businesses such as Wealth, Research and Retirement, Credit, Sustainalytics and Indexes. You will follow standard operating procedures for the global COI programme, monitor compliance with policies on personal securities trading and gifts and entertainment, escalate issues to management, and operate the firm's Conflicts Management System globally. Requirements: a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in operations or a similar process-driven business environment. Hybrid work, usually four days a week in the office.
