Morningstar is hiring a Product Consultant for its ESG Client Support team in Mumbai, supporting asset owners, asset managers and financial institutions worldwide. You will help clients from onboarding through daily technical and operational queries, handle account management tasks such as permissions and deliverable set-up, answer questions about ESG research data, and triage new cases while managing client calls and open cases. Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant experience, an undergraduate degree in business, finance, environment or social sciences, strong customer service skills and familiarity with ESG data sets. The shift is flexible across 24x5, and work is hybrid (usually four days a week in the office).
