In this client-experience role you will act as the voice of the customer: gather and evaluate client feedback, present insights to internal stakeholders, and help build customer loyalty and retention. You are expected to know the company's products and offerings well enough to share usage tips and help troubleshoot features, following standard procedures and tools learned through experience.
