Applied Materials is hiring a New Product Manufacturing Engineer (NPME) in Bengaluru. Under management supervision you will create, implement and release bills of materials for moderately complex assemblies, help senior NPMEs carry out manufacturing, test and sourcing strategies for new products, and develop and validate Operation Method Sheets. You will take part in 3D virtual analysis (master layout and digital mock-up) and design reviews, giving design-for-assembly, test and operational efficiency feedback to development teams to meet cost, quality and cycle-time goals, help log engineering changes, and provide technical support and training to Applied and contract manufacturing staff and suppliers.
