HSBC is hiring a 12-month apprentice intern for its Commercial Banking team in Gurugram, working in a hybrid setup. The apprentice supports the business credit operations team in delivering tasks against agreed OKRs, SLAs and KPIs, and helps run the end-to-end credit and lending servicing journey for clients and internal teams. The work blends client relationship support with risk assessment, joining deal discussions with clients or credit risk when needed, following internal control standards, and helping make sure credit risk controls and MI tracking are built into operational processes. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field (2025/2026 batch), strong accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills, good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint, and clear communication and stakeholder skills.
