ExxonMobil's Bengaluru centre is hiring a Process Modelling Analyst to support business process management and process mining using tools such as Celonis and SAP Signavio.
What you will do:
- Apply BPM methods to document, analyse and improve business processes
- Create and maintain process models, maps, workflows and business rules
- Analyse process data, check data quality and translate business rules into data requirements or platform configuration
- Support process mining work, including data extraction, transformation and data dictionary upkeep
- Clean and merge data from several sources using SQL, ETL tools or Python, and spot bottlenecks, rework and improvement opportunities
- Work with global IT, data and business teams
Requirements: a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Engineering or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in process modelling, process mining, data analysis or data engineering, and hands-on exposure to Celonis and/or SAP Signavio.
